We want CapRateCity to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We are working to improve accessibility across the site over time as we build new features and revisit existing ones.
CapRateCity has not been independently audited for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This page is not a claim of full WCAG or ADA conformance. Some parts of the site may not yet meet all accessibility best practices.
Some content on CapRateCity is delivered through third parties (for example, embedded newsletter sign-up via Beehiiv, advertising delivered by third-party ad networks, and third-party links). The accessibility of those third-party experiences is outside our direct control.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on CapRateCity — for example, content that is unreadable with a screen reader, a calculator that is difficult to use with a keyboard, or insufficient color contrast — please let us know so we can address it.
