If something on CapRateCity is wrong, we want to fix it. This page explains what kinds of changes we treat as corrections, how to report them, and what to expect after you do.

We review reported errors against the original sources we cited (or against new authoritative sources where the original is outdated). Where a correction is warranted, we update the affected page and note that it was updated. Where a reported error is actually a difference of interpretation, we may revise wording for clarity without labeling it a correction.
We try to acknowledge correction requests within a few business days and complete verifiable factual corrections promptly thereafter. Complex disputes that require deeper data analysis may take longer. We do not guarantee any specific response time.
We will not change editorial rankings, calculator methodology, or article framing in response to commercial pressure. Requests from companies, agents, or affiliates to alter editorial content that is not actually inaccurate will be declined. See our editorial policy and advertising policy.
