We want to be transparent about how CapRateCity makes money. This page explains our affiliate relationships, what we earn from them, and — importantly — what we do and do not let them influence.

What "Affiliate Link" Means

Some links on CapRateCity are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action with the third party (such as signing up for a product, starting a trial, or making a purchase), CapRateCity may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go directly to the third party.

How We Identify Affiliate Links and Sponsored Placements

Affiliate links and sponsored placements should be reasonably identifiable through one or more of the following:

• Labels such as "Sponsored", "Ad", or "Affiliate Link" near the placement
• The rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" attribute on the link
• A general disclosure in our site footer and on relevant articles or product cards

Affiliate Relationships Do Not Control Our Content

Editorial rankings, calculator outputs, market data, methodology, comparison tools, and analysis are not for sale. Affiliate partners cannot pay to rank higher, to be included in rankings, or to influence how calculators compute results. How We Select Affiliate Partners

We prefer to partner with products and services that we have evaluated and believe are useful for investors at common stages of their journey (analyzing deals, getting financing, managing properties, learning investing fundamentals, etc.). We may add, remove, or change affiliate partners at any time.

What This Means for You

• You are never required to use an affiliate link.
• You should evaluate any product on its own merits, not on our recommendation alone.
• Your price is not increased because of our affiliate relationship.
• You should read the third party's own terms, pricing, and policies before purchasing.

FTC and Other Regulatory Disclosures

This affiliate disclosure is intended to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. If your jurisdiction requires different disclosure language, this page may not satisfy that requirement and you should treat it as informational only.

Reusable Disclosure Language

Articles, recommendation cards, and product comparison sections on CapRateCity may include a short version of this disclosure, such as: "Some links on this page are affiliate links. CapRateCity may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings or methodology."
